The booking form will be forwarded directly to the Palace Hotel, which will complete the booking by sending you the payment information using the payment method you selected.

Payment must be made upon receipt of the communication from the Palace Hotel, according to the instructions contained therein.

Failure to pay for the booked room(s) within the required timeframe will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Please note that the tourist tax of €3.00 per person per night must be paid directly at the hotel.

The Palace Hotel reserves the right to request additional information to facilitate check-in on the day of arrival.
