Conference Room
The Palace Hotel will host the 94th AIKW Congress.
This prestigious location on the shores of Lake Garda is ready to welcome participants from around the world.
The entire day has been organized to allow everyone to receive comprehensive information, updates, and meet colleagues, suppliers, sponsors, and everything else needed to ensure the conference is a valuable and enriching experience for everyone.
Important: To participate in the conference, registration on the AIKW website is mandatory.
Organization
Participants will be registered at the two dedicated stations at the conference room entrance.
Access to the conference room will be permitted starting at the scheduled start time.
Both coffee breaks will last approximately 30 minutes, and we ask you to respect these to ensure we can continue with the work on schedule.
Lunch will be served at the scheduled time and the break will last approximately 2 hours.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport:
Take the A8 motorway towards Milan, drive through the city following the urban section of the motorway. At the toll booth, follow signs for the A4 motorway towards Venice and continue to the Desenzano exit.
Approximately 160 km – 2 hours and 30 minutes (depending on traffic in Milan).

a) Follow the signs for the A35 motorway towards Brescia, then follow the signs for the A4 motorway towards Venice (Brescia) until the Desenzano exit.

b) Follow the signs for the A51 motorway (Tangenziale Est towards Brescia/Venice), then take the A4 motorway towards Venice until the Desenzano exit.
